API Outage
From approximately 7:20 AM EST until 8:18 AM EST, one server in our api cluster was reporting 5XX errors back to clients due to a networking failure. This server has been removed from the cluster. Any requests in which you received a 5XX error are safe to retry.
We've fixed the core issue, and are waiting for things to recover. We will notify customers directly if there are any API errors that are affected.
There is a network connection issue that is causing a small percentage of errors. We are actively working to resolve the issue and will update accordingly.
