  • The final flow status is not reflecting properly in portal.chain.io. The log screens are up to date, so if you need details on a specific flow that is in "in progress" status, check the logs for that flow.

We will continue to monitor status throughout the evening, but will not be posting additional updates to this site until the status has changed.

  • portal.chain.io is returning errors on some requests. If you encounter an error, refreshing your browser will resolve the problem.

Customer data is processing through the flows, however the status in the portal is not reflecting correctly. Once Portal is fully restored, the statuses will reflect correctly.

Identified

Asynchronous data processing is delayed by an underlying service provider outage. We are currently queuing requests which will be processed when the outage is resolved.

Synchronous processing through LiveAPI is unaffected, though status updates via portal.chain.io may not reflect all recent requests.
