All processes have fully recovered. If you have flows with throttles configured, it may take time to process the backlog if the number of messages exceeded your throttle limit.
No data that successfully reached Chain.io was lost during the incident. If you have services which received 500 error messages or SFTP connection failures, then you'll need to resubmit those messages. If you have any concerns, please email us at support@chain.io or contact your client success manager.
We have confirmed that data is processing, however, as we work through the backlog, the portal may not reflect the current status. We expect this condition to remain for the next several hours. We will post again on this status page at 10pm EST US time once the backlog has cleared.
We are currently seeing flows processing as the system returns to normal. If you had submissions that failed with a 500 server respons during the outage, you may resubmit them.
