We are continuing to monitor the recovery of the underlying processes. At this time, all back end data processes are operating normally. The following services remain in a degraded status...

  • The final flow status is not reflecting properly in portal.chain.io. The log screens are up to date, so if you need details on a specific flow that is in "in progress" status, check the logs for that flow.

We will continue to monitor status throughout the evening, but will not be posting additional updates to this site until the status has changed.

Customer data is processing through the flows, however the status in the portal is not reflecting correctly. Once Portal is fully restored, the statuses will reflect correctly.
