The underlying issue appears to be resovled. If you continue to have trouble logging in, it may be intermittent, so please reload your browser tab and try again. We will continue to monitor until we receive the all clear from our service provider.
Our authentication service provider has identified the issue and is currently re-routing traffic. We expect full service to be restored shortly.
We are currently experiencing intermittent issues with logging into https://portal.chain.io. If you are logged in, you can continue working, but if you log out, you may experience difficulty logging back in.
All back end data processing is working normally, and your trading partner connections are not impacted.
